Why I coach

I'm Austin — Coach AJ. I built Rent Free Athletics after years of figuring out the hard way that real change doesn't come from extremes. It comes from a real plan, real accountability, and someone in your corner who actually shows up.

I work a 9-to-5, I'm raising my daughter, and I train clients in the evenings and on weekends — so I get it. Your plan has to fit your life, not the other way around. That's the whole point.
